三、主要科研工作

主要研究方向为数量遗传与动物育种。基于高通量组学技术(基因组和转录组)挖掘与解析畜禽重要经济性状遗传基础、主效基因及相关分子遗传标记;基因组选择在动物育种中的应用;猪的育种。先后主持和参与国家及省部级课题8项,发表研究论文20余篇。

1.一种新的银狐纯白毛色突变的分子遗传基础研究,国家自然基因课题,2017.01-2019.12,24万,负责人。

2.银狐隐性白毛色相关遗传标记的研发与应用,横向课题,2017.08-2018.08, 10万,负责人。
